• Email our customer delight team (Ecomm@ckcjewellers.com) your order number and you will be given a Return Authorization Code by reply email, to return the merchandise.
• Our courier will visit you with a C. Krishniah Chetty Jewellers’ package with the unique Return Authorization code, your name and address on the outside of the return package.
• Our courier agent will secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the package provided by C. Krishniah Chetty Jewellers in your presence. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened. The return will be under video cover for security and audit reasons. Please devote 5 - 10 minutes of your time to carry out this process by yourself and email us on Ecomm@ckcjewellers.com allow 3 - 4 working days for us to reply.
• Once your returned item is received by C.Krishniah Chetty Jewellers, your refund will be processed as soon as the product is checked and accepted for originality and contents.

Our 10-day Return Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a 100% full refund or exchange within 10 working days, and we will also pay for the shipping to and fro. (Exceptions are special products made to order or extra sizes which may be subject to costs, which we will intimate at time of return confirmation).

C. Krishniah Chetty Jewellers offers a Lifetime Exchange Policy for general products.

C. Krishniah Chetty Jewelers is 150 years old company. Hence the great deal of merchandise has been sold/exchanged/bought back over the decades. We offer a Lifetime Exchange/Upgrade Policy on all gold, platinum, diamonds & silver purchases made from C. Krishniah Chetty Jewellers, within India. If the product, along with diamonds and gemstones, if any, is intact, you may return it for the current value of gold, platinum, diamonds & silver. There is no value given for gemstones in normal course. This means your product's current value of gold, diamonds, silver, platinum will be determined based on product specifications and the current selling price of similar goods/quality grades/purities at C. Krishniah Chetty Jewellers. Essentially you will receive the same value for the goods as if you would buy on the date of your exchange for the value of gold, silver, platinum and diamonds. Labour or making charges, other gemstones, other materials used if any, wastage charges, taxes, duties, packing shipping & forwarding costs if paid separately will not be accounted for in exchange value. Note: If you had received a discount or a free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, whichever applicable, if the exchange is within 365 days from the date of purchase. If the exchange is over 365 days from the date of purchase free gift value will not be deducted.

You will be given a Gift Voucher with unique number for this exchange value which remains valid for 12 months and can be used for future purchases from C. Krishniah Chetty Jewellers. Please note that this voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

We offer the Lifetime Exchange Policy on orders within India only in Indian currency only.

C. Krishniah Chetty Jewelers at times offer exceptional gemstones of high value. Such expensive rare high value gemstone/goods will be exchanged or offered for buyback on a case to case basis and may not fall under the general lifetime exchange/buyback policy.

Hence our buyback policies will be based on the exact nature of the products. Please contact us by email Ecomm@ckcjewellers.com along with photographs and any description of the product that you can provide we will give you our buyback price. If we wish to physically view the products we will intimate you accordingly. Generally speaking for products of 1 – 5 years old will be valued for buyback based on current prices of similar quality/grade/purity, condition less a purchase commission. Older products will need independent assessment product by product.

All goods will be fully insured by C. Krishniah Chetty Jewellers until they reach you and also when you return your purchases, so your purchase is 100% safe.
