1. Promotion Details

   Promotion Name: The Grand Genuine Diwali – Discount Cum Saving Sale.

   Promotion Period: From 13th October 2026 till Sunday, 15th November 2026, both days inclusive, or while the offer lasts.

   Objective: To reward the discerning Diwali shopper with more enduring value than an ordinary price-off by investing a portion of the purchase value, on the customer's behalf, into the CKC Signature Rate Protection Plan™, so that savings continue to grow beyond the festival.

2. How the Offer Works
   • On qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period, C. Krishniah Chetty will invest a portion of the purchase value into the customer's Signature Rate Protection Plan™ (RPP), on the customer's behalf and in the same name as the purchase bill.
   • The invested amount matures at the end of 11 (eleven) months from the date of investment and carries an additional benefit of 12% per annum, together with the rate-protection benefit of the Plan, as per the prevailing Signature Rate Protection Plan™ terms in force at the time of purchase.
   • The applicable percentage is determined per item and by product category, as set out below.
   • The value thresholds of ₹9.69 lakhs and ₹18.69 lakhs per item are assessed on a per-item basis, and not on the total bill.
   • Products continue to be available outside this promotion, at the option of the customer, at normal prevailing rates without this benefit and without any investment into the Signature Rate Protection Plan™.
3. Amount Invested on Your Behalf

   The portion of the purchase value invested, on the customer's behalf, into the Signature Rate Protection Plan™ is as follows:

   18.69%	Diamond Jewellery & Diamond Heritage Collection — above ₹18.69 lakhs per item

4. Signature Rate Protection Plan™ (RPP)
   • Tenure: 11 (eleven) months from the date of investment.
   • Additional benefit: 12% per annum, together with the rate-protection benefit, as per the prevailing Signature Rate Protection Plan™ terms.
   • The investment is made by C. Krishniah Chetty on the customer's behalf, and the Plan is opened in the same name as the purchase bill.
   • One Plan shall be opened for every bill made under the promotion.
   • The exact invested amount, to the last rupee, is applied to the Plan. It is not rounded off, to facilitate easy audit.
   • In the event of a sales return or cancellation, the associated Signature Rate Protection Plan™ shall stand cancelled and the invested benefit shall be forfeited.
   • If the customer opts out of the Signature Rate Protection Plan™, the transaction will be billed at regular prevailing prices without this promotional benefit.
   • In such a case, the customer may instead use loyalty points or other eligible promotions, subject to the Only One Benefit rule below.
5. Only One Benefit Per Bill / Per Item
   • Only one benefit or facility may be availed on a single bill, one item, or one transaction.
   • Any transaction, bill, or item can get only one benefit at a time, based on the option that is most advantageous to the customer.
   • The applicable options include: Flat Discount, Rate Protection Plan (RPP), Paper Gold, Paper Silver, Sparkle & Shine, The Grand Genuine Diwali Discount cum Saving Sale, Loyalty Points, or Bank Card Cashback.
   • In any case, only one option will be available.
6. No Splitting of Bills
   • Where the programme mandates one bill, only one bill must be made.
   • Multiple bills cannot be created, split, or combined for the purpose of availing more than one benefit or to circumvent the ONE BILL rule.
   • The ONE BILL rule must be strictly respected.
   • Where a programme does not mandate one bill for a transaction, multiple bills are permitted.
7. General Conditions
   • Applicable across all C. Krishniah Chetty Group showrooms — The Heritage Store, The Touchstone, The Touchstone South and The Touchstone West — and on the official website www.ckcjewellers.com.
   • Applies to both online and offline transactions.
   • The promotion applies to ready sales billed on or before Sunday, 15th November 2026. New Orders / Selected Orders / New IBs qualify only if they are billed on or before 15th November 2026.
   • The benefit will not apply to new orders taken during this period but delivered later.Delays in manufacturing will not entail the benefit. Any benefit applied in error by systems is to be removed.
   • Jewellery with solitaire(s) greater than 0.99 ct will be exempted on the solitaire portion over 0.99 ct. The remaining portion — gold, other diamonds, gemstones, manufacturing charges, etc. — will receive the benefit as applicable to the relevant slab of value.
   • Customers will be eligible to redeem loyalty points only where the transaction is not availing another benefit under the Only One Benefit rule above.
   • Earlier sales will not be accepted as sales returns in order to avail of this promotion, under any circumstances. Any re-purchase of earlier sold items will be subject to the usual buy-back rules (loss of wastage, labour, gemstones, etc.).
   • Pre-Loved jewellery sales are permitted under this programme, subject to the Only One Benefit rule.
   Brilliant Bargains will be discontinued during this period.
   • Earlier orders placed prior to the Promotion Period may not be cancelled, taken back and re-billed to claim this benefit.
   • Any request for cancellation will entail applicable costs, including cancellation charges, labour and wastage, and no benefit will be provided.
   • PAN card or Form 60 is required, as usual, for transactions of and above ₹2 lakhs.
   • Magnificent Weddings by C. Krishniah Chetty™ (MW) will continue, with this benefit applying in addition to the benefits under the MW plan.
   • The decision of C. Krishniah Chetty will be final and binding in all cases.
   • Subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
