Held every Thursday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM at our Touchstone showroom, each private, one-on-one session offers brides a comfortable and confidential space to engage in meaningful conversations with a qualified psychologist/ therapist*. The consultation provides practical insights into emotional well-being, relationship readiness, effective communication, and navigating the transition into married life with greater clarity and confidence.

PREPARING FOR THE JOURNEY AHEAD

Through meaningful conversations and evidence-based guidance, Bridal Alchemist encourages brides to look beyond the preparations for the wedding day and thoughtfully prepare for the life that follows. The experience is designed to support emotional and mental preparedness, helping brides approach marriage with greater self-awareness, understanding, balance, and confidence.

ELIGIBILITY

This service is offered on a complimentary basis to be brides who have purchased jewellery from C. Krishniah Chetty Group within the preceding 365 days, subject to submission of their valid forthcoming marriage invitation or any other documentation acceptable to the Company as proof of to be marriage. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility or deny providing this service to a customer without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Bridal Alchemist is intended solely for general emotional wellbeing, guidance, and personal development. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, nor is it a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. The to be bride may be accompanied by up to two immediate family members, if she so chooses .

3. One complimentary session is currently offered for a limited period, subject to appointment availability, and may be modified or withdrawn at the Company's discretion without any prior notice. .

4. Any additional sessions, if requested by the participant and accepted by the therapist, shall be charged at `2,000 per hour, payable in advance. The entire amount shall be donated to the C. Krishniah Chetty Foundation**. For details of the Foundation's initiatives, please visit www.ckcjewellers.com/csr. Payment for additional sessions shall not create any contractual relationship between the participant/customer and the Company in respect of the therapist's professional services. .

5. All discussions during the consultation are confidential between the therapist and the participant, subject to applicable law and professional ethical obligations, including disclosures required to prevent harm or comply with legal requirements. C. Krishniah Chetty Group does not have access to the consultation discussions or records. .

6. The therapist exercises independent professional judgment while providing guidance. The opinions, recommendations, and advice expressed during the session are solely those of the therapist and should be considered by the participant alongside her own judgment and personal circumstances. C. Krishniah Chetty Group neither directs nor controls the advice, opinions, or recommendations provided during the consultation.

7. Participation in the Bridal Alchemist programme does not guarantee or warrant any particular personal, marital, emotional, or relationship outcome.

8. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, C. Krishniah Chetty Group shall not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, injury, or consequence arising from participation in the programme, reliance on the therapist's guidance, or any decision or action taken by the participant/ customer.

9. The service is offered complementary in good faith and is intended to support personal reflection and wellbeing.

10. The Company and/or the therapist reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue any consultation where continuation is considered inappropriate, unsafe, or beyond the scope of the programme or for any reason whatsoever.

11. Appointments are subject to availability. Failure to attend a scheduled session without reasonable prior notice may result in forfeiture of the complimentary consultation.

12. By participating in the programme, the participant confirms that she has read, understood, and agreed to the instant Terms & Conditions.

13. Any feedback provided following the session is voluntary and may be used by the company solely for evaluating and improving the quality of the programme.

14. C. Krishniah Chetty Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the programme, including its eligibility criteria, fees, schedule, therapist or terms, at any time without prior notice or reasons.

15. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka only.

16. C. Krishniah Chetty Group does not provide psychological, counselling, psychotherapy, or healthcare services.

17. Details of the therapist's qualifications and professional credentials will be provided separately.

18. Donations to the C. Krishniah Chetty Foundation shall be administered in accordance with applicable laws and the Foundation's policy.
