1. Campaign Overview

   Sparkle & Shine is a Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery (LGDJ) promotion from C. Krishniah Chetty, offered through our crash.club concept. When a qualifying jewellery purchase is clubbed with Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery on the same bill, the customer earns an additional benefit on the entire qualifying purchase. If no Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery is added, no benefit applies.

   In keeping with our founding principle of ethics first, rates during this campaign remain the same as those applicable to normal sales. There are no inflated prices at C. Krishniah Chetty.

   Note: We treat all natural and lab grown diamonds equally. Natural diamonds carry rarity and emotional value. LGD are fashionable and affordable. LGDs are stepping stones in future into natural diamonds, specially for those who have never bought a natural diamond. LGDs also help clients wear large stones which may be expensive for everyone to buy in natural diamonds.

   This promotion is to promote all categories of products equally. To add value to our clients and objective is to “Reduce the Cost of Ownership” for our clients when buying multiple products at one time on one bill. Use of all our programmes including Sparkle and Shine, Rate Protection Plan, Loyalty programmes, MoneyPenny, Paper Gold and Silver, Brilliant Bargains - all help the same goal: to “Reduce the Cost of Ownership”.

   Important aspect is the honest discounts we offer. We have seen the market inflating rates and prices and then offering discounts. We offer genuine honest rates and our discounts are on such honest rates and prices. Thus offering far superior value to our clients.

   Real rates of diamonds by others:

   • Krishniah Chetty price without discount: ₹80,000/- per carat EF VVS grade.
   • Leading jewellers price with published discount: ₹1,12,000 per carat GH I1 grade - 3 grades lower.
     After 20% discount price: ₹89,600/- per carat for GH I1 grade - 3 grades lower.
   • Another leading jeweller with published discount: ₹95,000 per carat EF VVS.
     No discount offered.

   Hence our honest prices is honest, fair, more competitive. Upholding ethics & transparency in business. No other discounts are permitted other than structured offers published in open.

2. Offer Structure

   The applicable benefit is determined by the bundle qualified for, as set out below. All minimum values must be met on a single bill.

   *The benefit shown is a discount applied to the entire qualifying purchase value on that bill. Where a purchase qualifies under more than one bundle, the single most beneficial applicable bundle will apply; benefits are not additive.

3. Eligibility & Conditions
   • Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery is mandatory. The additional benefit is available only when qualifying jewellery is clubbed with Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery. Standard jewellery purchased without LGDJ earns no benefit.
   • Ready sales. The offer is designed for ready-stock purchases. A standalone custom or made-to-order piece is not eligible on its own; however, a custom / made-to-order order that includes both Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery and other Gold or Diamond jewellery on a single bill will be considered. This applies across all bundles.
   • Same bill, same name. All qualifying items must appear on a single bill in a single customer name. Multiple bills may not be combined to reach the minimum values.
   • Standard rates apply. Prices and rates are as applicable to normal sales. Only Brilliant Bargains™ and Treasured Privileges Select pieces carry genuine standalone discounts from time to time.
   • Loyalty points. Loyalty points accrual continues on qualifying purchases. Loyalty points redemption is not permitted under this campaign.
   • Card cashback programmes. Cashback offered directly by Credit card banks will be applicable. Any other offered through us will not be applicable.
   • Existing programmes. Travel the World™ (TTW) and Magnificent Wedding (MW) programmes continue.
4. Exclusions
   • The Goa programme is not eligible under this campaign. Any One promotion only.
   • Other crash.club products (outside qualifying Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery) are offered at normal prices and are not part of this programme.
   • This offer may not be clubbed with any other ongoing promotion, offer, or discount. Two promotions may not be combined.
   • No other discounts are permitted in conjunction with this campaign.
5. General Terms
   • All other terms and conditions of C. Krishniah Chetty continue to apply.
   • C. Krishniah Chetty reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw this campaign, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
   • The management's decision on all matters relating to this campaign shall be final and binding.
   • Validity: This campaign is valid until withdrawn.
