1. Based on the selected product, weight may be increased, and attributes such as size, length, and polish can be customised or selected from the dropdown options. For instance, if 18 Karat is chosen as the metal type, the piece will be crafted exclusively in 18Kt gold
2. As per the selected design image, gemstone and diamond weights will remain unchanged, while the product will be remade with the chosen attribute modifications.
3. The estimated amount is indicative. The final product value will be based on the actual finished weight.
4. Advance payment made for online customised orders is non-refundable, and such orders cannot be cancelled.
5. Online customised orders can be viewed and tracked under the customer profile in the “Showroom Orders” section.
6. The due date mentioned for customised orders is approximate and subject to change.
7. The estimate provided at the time of order placement may vary by up to 10–20% at the time of delivery. All advance payments are interest-free.
8. The company will intimate the client once the product is ready. However, this is a service, and non-receipt of such intimation due to postal, email, or any other reason does not exempt the client from taking delivery on the due date.
9. Final settlement for online orders will be completed through showroom (offline) billing. Products may be shipped to the client’s address upon request, with applicable shipping charges to be borne by the client.
10. Ordered items must be collected within 15 days from the date of intimation or readiness
