All jewellery is tested by the C. Krishniah Chetty Gemological Laboratory upholding C. Krishniah Chetty Group high internal standards, in addition to conforming to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) – National Standards Body of India, and under the past and current Indian Hallmarking rules. All or most gold, platinum jewellery and silverware sold may be inscribed with the “CKC” and/or other identifying, quality and other symbols.
THIS C. KRISHNIAH CHETTY LIFETIME GUARANTEE COVERS THE LIFETIME OF THE PRODUCT AND COMMITS TO REPLACE ANY PRODUCT THAT FAILS TO MEET CRITERIA STATED HEREIN.
GUARANTEE FOR PLATINUM JEWELLERY:
All jewellery made with platinum is guaranteed to be 95% pure. All platinum jewellery is manufactured under the agreement with the Platinum Guild International and adhere to norms and process stipulated by PGI Quality Assurance Scheme and audited by their authorised auditors.
GUARANTEE FOR GEMSTONES:
Gemstones are guaranteed to be as stated in the respective bills.

THE DIAMOND GUARANTEE
We guarantee that all jewellery containing diamonds are natural below-ground mined diamonds, of fine grades, cut from appropriate rough diamonds, mined from conflict-free mines. Cut by ethical members, satisfying compliances, with a quality of fine cut proportions, hand-picked after being assessed for being compliant with proprietary CKC’s Standard of Ethics (SOE) & Diamond Eye Detection System (DEDS). Ensuring bright ‘life’ and long lasting quality & lustre. In January 2003 C. Krishniah Chetty (CKC) became India’s first and only jeweller selling 100% of solitaire diamonds with individual diamond reports for each solitaire diamond.

CRAFTED TO LAST: We craft jewellery and silverware with great care. However gemstones may come loose on rare occasions for various reasons. If such stones supplied by C. Krishniah Chetty were to come off the setting within one year from the date of sale, they will be replaced free of cost provided the product is brought to us, or brought to our notice via e-mail to myjeweller@ckcsns.com or customercare@ckcjewellers.com, within 365 days from date of bill / the bar coded label overleaf. Breakage, dents, tampering and colour changes or any other consequences of usage will not warrant free repairs or replacements.
KEEPING YOUR JEWELLERY BEAUTIFUL: Should your jewellery/silverware need any maintenance or repairs we will gladly undertake and make the appropriate repairs subject to additional costs, if any. Diamond Eye Detection System A systematic set of processes using sophisticated equipment to scan, eliminate suspected lab grown, man made ‘Diamonds’ infiltrating into the C. Krishniah Chetty Group inventory. Every diamond over 0.228 ct in weight must, in addition, pass various detection and grading processes, including the HPHT* synthetics screening and ensuring conflict-free sourcing of diamonds.
